Waerator can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from waerator.com. A copy of your receipt and the original packaging is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than waerator.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange in accordance with the return/exchange policy at the place of purchase.

Please Note:

We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Waerator (e.g., wrong item).
Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to support@Waerator.com to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Waerator.com are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
